    We develop and produce our own software and electronic products, as well as advising our customers on new development and test projects. Our technical specialization in the field of automotive Ethernet and control unit development enables us to offer technical solutions for topics such as embedded control units, on-board networks, ADAS, security & body functions, comfort functions, gateways and many more.


We are currently offering a position as:
Hardware Developer (m/f/d)
in Munich in a permanent position.



Your tasks with the team:

  • Develop, contribute to and lead hardware designs in terms of component selection, schematic creation and PCB layout routing according to established processes and procedures.
  • Participate in defining the system architecture in early project phases and in pure research projects with unspecified requirements at the beginning of the project.
  • Understand global product requirements and system architecture with a global view to perform appropriate hardware design.
  • Prepare and execute test plans to ensure design quality with specific hardware tests for each block.
  • Perform investigation activities during hardware commissioning and identify and resolve issues identified during validation or by external parties in the assigned electronic system.
  • Research new technologies, ideas and trends in your area of expertise and attend relevant conferences or seminars to ensure the organization stays abreast of current technological developments and state of the art of all emerging technologies.
  • Participate in demonstrations of the team's capabilities to senior management and clients by creating prototype setups.

Job requirements

  • Successfully completed studies in the field of electrical engineering, information technology or a similar discipline
  • Several years of professional experience in hardware development
  • Good knowledge of circuit development and layout design
  • Confident handling of common development tools and methods
  • Experience in the development of microcontroller-based systems
  • Good knowledge of programming embedded systems
  • Knowledge in the development of communication interfaces (e.g. CAN, Ethernet)
  • Ability to work in a team and good communication skills
  • Fluency in English, knowledge of German is a plus
