Talent Acquisition Manager (m/f/d) inhouse Recruitment

in Munich on a permanent basis.


We are looking for a motivated Talent Acquisition Manager (m/f/d) to join our inhouse recruitment team. In this role you'll support our recruitment team efforts, ensuring the acquisition of top-tier talents to drive our company’s growth and success. In your day-to-day work, you will design and implement strategic hiring initiatives, build robust talent pipelines, and collaborate with leadership across our business functions to align recruitment strategies with business goals. You will oversee the entire hiring lifecycle, ensuring a seamless candidate experience while promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion in all hiring practices.

  • Develop and execute talent acquisition plans to meet current and future hiring needs

  • Enhance employer branding and leverage data-driven insights to optimize hiring processes

  • execute the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring top talent

  • Develop and implement strategic recruiting strategies to meet organizational goals

  • Partner with leadership to align hiring needs with business objectives

  • Build and maintain strong talent pipelines through proactive sourcing and networking

  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and recruitment best practices

Job requirements

  • Proven experience in talent acquisition and end-to-end recruitment

  • Excellent communication & stakeholder management

  • Passion for creating exceptional candidate experiences and driving innovation in recruitment

  • Fluent in both English & German (from C1)

  • Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools like LinkedIn, Xing and job platforms

  • Expertise in sourcing strategies, market mapping, recruitment metrics and talent pipeline development

  • Solid understanding of labour legislation and compliance

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while managing multiple priorities
