Technica Engineering GmbH is an electronics manufacturing company in the field of vehicle development.
We develop and produce our own software and electronic products, as well as provide consulting services to our customers for new development and test projects. Our technical specialization in the field of automotive Ethernet and ECU development enables us to offer technical solutions on topics such as embedded ECUs, on-board networks, ADAS, security, body function, comfort function, gateway and many more.

We are currently offering a position as Sales Manager (m/f/d) in Sweden, in a permanent position.


Please note that the employment contract will be through our mother company KPIT.

Your Role:

As a Sales Manager in Sweden, you will lead our efforts to connect with and serve our Nordic customers, playing a pivotal role in building relationships, driving revenue growth, and expanding our presence in the region. You will work together with our other colleagues in our office in Lindholmen.


Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans for automotive electronics test and validation products targeted at customers in the Nordic region.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the market through market analysis and competitor assessments.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their unique needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development, to ensure alignment with market demands.
  • Stay informed about local industry trends, technologies, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation.
  • Prepare and present regular sales reports to senior management, outlining achievements, challenges, and future strategies.
  • Plan and execute marketing events, webinars and customer visits, supported by our marketing department. 

Job requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or higher educational degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, Automotive Technology, Technology Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of successful Sales management in the automotive electronics test and development tools sector.
  • Professional experience working in Sweden.
  • Understanding of complex electronics systems and their test and validation in automotive settings.
  • Communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze local market trends and customer behavior to inform strategic decisions.
  • Fluency in English is crucial for effective communication with customers.
  • Swedish and German are beneficial.
  • Openness to travel to different customer sites in the Nordic region.
