We are currently offering you a position as Technical Sales Engineer (m/f/d) for the Korean and Japanese Market
 in permanent employment in Munich.


Main functions in the team:

  • Assess and guide distributors in developing and executing strategic sales plans for automotive electronics test and validation products.
  • Support distributors in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities through market analysis and competitor assessments.
  • Assist distributors in building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients, providing tailored solutions to meet unique needs.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate distributors' sales teams to maximize their potential and drive exceptional performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development, to align with market demands.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, technologies, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation.
  • Prepare and present regular sales reports to senior management, outlining achievements, challenges, and future strategies.

Job requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Automotive Technology, or a related technical field; Master’s degree is a plus.
  • Proven technical expertise in automotive electronics test and development tools.
  • Strong understanding of complex electronics systems and their applications in automotive settings.
  • Proven track record of successful technical sales management in the automotive electronics test and development tools sector.
  • Deep professional experience working in Korea and/or Japan.
  • Strong understanding of complex electronics systems and their test and validation in automotive settings.
  • Great leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze market trends and customer behavior to inform strategic decisions.
  • Fluency in English is crucial for global team communication. Proficiency in Korean and/or Japanese is preferred for collaboration with our partners, and knowledge of German is a plus for local team interaction.
