We are currently offering you a position as Automotive Test Engineer (m / f / d) for Wiring Systems in permanent employment in Wolfsburg.

"The ideal candidate has a background knowledge in Network-Security and has already gained experience with test automation and standardized testing."

Main functions

• Analysis of duties and specifications of our customers from the automotive industry.
• Test planning, definition and implementation of test concepts and test systems for embedded systems in vehicles.
• Commissioning and execution of ECU tests on the HIL-simulation.
• Development of automated test cases and test frameworks.
• Planning and execution of embedded system and component tests with regard to specific properties.
• Use of Technica Engineering products as test tools.

• Good OO Programming knowledge in Python and C# or another .NET Language. 
• Knowledge in the field of automotive bus systems, mainly with automotive Ethernet and SOME/IP.
• Knowledge in the field Ethernet-Protocols, for example ARP, TCP/IP, IPsec, TLS, ...
• Experience in traces analysis.
• Experience with Network Technology and Protocols.
• Safe handling with Jira, Octane, HP ALM or comparable test management tools.
• Experience with version control systems, for example Git, SVN, ...
• Excellent German (min. C1) and English knowledge are mandatory.
